The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most Malaysian payment methods and RM50 for credit and debit cards. Cryptocurrency deposits have no fixed minimum. All accounts for Malaysian users are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. The Company is not liable for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between deposit and withdrawal.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by cuci888 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to a User's account are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a 15x Wagering Requirement on a RM100 bonus requires the User to place a total of RM1,500 in qualifying wagers before any withdrawal may be processed. Slots generally contribute 100% towards Wagering Requirements; table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and associated winnings must be claimed and Wagering Requirements completed within 14 calendar days from the date of bonus credit. Unclaimed or uncleared bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
While bonus funds are active in a User's account, the maximum permitted single bet or wager is RM300 (or equivalent in other currencies). Wagers exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
cuci888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through low-risk hedging strategies, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, or colluding with other Users to circumvent promotional restrictions.

All bets placed on the cuci888 platform are subject to acceptance by the Company. cuci888 reserves the right to decline, cancel, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where system errors, incorrect odds, or suspicious betting patterns are detected. Bets are considered accepted only once a confirmation reference is issued by the system.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, cuci888 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund wagers to the relevant accounts. The Company accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
